Nim Frazer, SIOR has completed the sale of ± 20 acres of land off Vaughn Road, in Pike Road, AL.  This 20 acres is located at the rear of a 113.9 acre tract fronting Vaughn Road.  The sales price was $260,000.00.  The property will be used for pasture by an adjacent land owner and is zoned for agriculture use.

John Stanley, CCIM and Lee Meriwether, CCIM have represented J & H Investments, LLC in the sale of a 14,892 S.F. medical office building located at 2601 – 2611 Woodley Park Drive in Montgomery, Alabama. The sale was a “Bargain Sale” of the property to HBCU Alliance Partners.  The sales price and terms of the sale are undisclosed. 

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently completed the sale of a commercial lot on Alabama Hwy. 14 in Millbrook, Alabama.  The sales price was $500,000.00.  The lot will be developed as a Popeye’s restaurant.

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Burks Enterprises, LLC in a long-term lease agreement for a property located at 715 Madison Avenue in Montgomery, Alabama. The tenant is Scott’s Auto and Tire Service.  They are based out of Millbrook, Alabama and this is their first Montgomery location.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented BB&T in the sale of a former branch bank facility located at 9120 Eastchase Parkway.  The building is ± 3,576 S.F. located on a ± 39,640 S.F. lot.  The Buyer was Auburn University Federal Credit Union.  The sales price was $800,000.00.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented 9066 Eastchase, LLC in the purchase of an existing Bojangles restaurant located at 9066 Eastchase Parkway.  The property consists of a ± 3,886 S.F. restaurant on a ± 45,944 S.F. lot.   The sales price for the fully equipped restaurant was $1,650,000.00.

Mark Dauber has represented Redland Grocery, LLC in the purchase of a ± 3.0 acre parcel of land located in Elmore County, Alabama at the intersection of Firetower Road and Redland Road.  The Property will be developed as a food store and gas station facility.   The sales price was $300,564.00 ($2.30/S.F.).

John Stanley, CCIM has represented N & S Property, LLC in the sale of 38 Hunter Lane.  The property consists of a 6,658 S.F. building which is leased to PPG Architectural Finishes, Inc. The Buyer is World Capital Realty, LLC.  The sales price was $300,000.00 ($45.06/S.F.).

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Watson & Schendell Properties, LLC in the sale of a     ± 4,178 S.F. office building located at 8325 - 8329 Crossland Loop in Montgomery, Alabama.  The Buyer was Dirt Road Dreamhouse, LLC.  The sales price was $395,000.00 ($94.54/S.F.) representing an 8.25 cap rate.
