Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently completed the sale a ± 7,353 S.F., two story office building located at 2901 Zelda Road in Montgomery, Alabama. The building was constructed of Dryvit and needed substantial work.  The sales price was $255,000.00.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Reggie and Vicki Williams in the sale of a ± 7,304 S.F. office building located at 4260 Carmichael Court No. in Montgomery Alabama.  The buyer was The Healthcare Authority for Baptist Health.  The sales price was $750,000.00 ($102.68/S.F.).

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently completed the sale a ± 15,188 S.F., two story office building located at 428 So. Perry Street in Montgomery, Alabama. The sales price was $225,000.00.  After substantial renovations the building will become the new home for Legal Services of Alabama, Inc.

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented First Community Bank of Central Alabama in the sale of a ± 1.3 Acre lot fronting Highway 14 in Millbrook, Alabama. The site is adjacent to Rural Urgent Care and will be developed as a Taco Bell – the first in the Millbrook area.  The sales price was $485,000.00. 

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently completed the sale of 216 Echlin Blvd. located in Prattville, Alabama 36067. The property was zoned M-1 and consisted of ±  2 acres.  The building consisted of ± 11,474 S.F. of office / warehouse space.  The sales price was $350,000.00 or $30.50 / S.F.  There was also a shed consisting of ± 2,126 S.F.
