Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Alabama Power Company in the sale of an industrial property located at 2460 East Fifth Street in Montgomery, Alabama.  The property consists of ± 7 acres of land, ± 42,500 S.F. of buildings and a One and a half-ton crane.  The property was zoned M-1.  The sales price was $500,000.00.  The Buyer was JMP Enterprises, Inc.

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Mike and Todd Chambers in the sale of their former Chambers Furniture location at 6021 and 6031 Troy Highway in Montgomery, Alabama.  The Buyer was Bowen Properties II, LLC.  The property consists of approximately 6 acres and a ± 25,000 S.F. building.  The property will be used as an expansion for ServPro.  The sales price was $800,000.00.

Padhiar in the purchase of a former Rite Aid property located at 1018 Highland Avenue in Selma, Alabama.  The property consists of a    ± 12,200 S.F. building on a ± 1.38 acre parcel.  The Seller was The Frank Living Trust.    The sales price was $350,000.00. 

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently sold a building located at 2031 Carter Hill Road in Montgomery, Alabama. The building was ± 1,852 square feet the lot was ± 12,800 square feet and zoned B-2.  The sales price was $106,000.00. The Seller was Margarette Parrish. The Buyer was Resonate Real Estate, LLC.

The lot size was 1.06 Acres and was zoned B-3.  The Seller was Shared Services, LLC and the Buyer was Medical Outreach Ministries.  The sales price was $250,000.00.
