Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently completed the sale of a ± 1.34 Acre commercial lot located along South Edgewood Drive in Millbrook, AL.   The lot was zoned C-2.  The sales price was $40,000.00

Mark Dauber has represented John Tampa, D/B/A Montgomery Water Works, LLC, in the purchase of 22 Bibb Street known as the historic Murphy House (± 14,400 S.F.) and 116 Coosa Street (± 56,000 S.F.).  The Seller was The Water Works and Sanitary Sewer Board of the City of Montgomery.  The sales price was $2,400,000.00.  Both properties will soon be renovated as a five-star “boutique hotel” and “destination restaurant”. 

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Montgomery East, Inc. in the sale of a ± 37,500 S.F. lot located on North East Boulevard, Montgomery, AL.  The Buyer is Premier Holdings, LLC.  The property will be developed as a Popeye’s Restaurant. The sales price was $362,500.00 ($9.67/S.F.). 

Nim Frazer, SIOR recently completed the lease of a 15,400 S.F. warehouse space located at 3454 Hayneville Road, Montgomery, AL.  The Lessor is Loeb Lands, Inc. and the Lessee is Pinnacle Logistics System.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented MereSam, LLC in the purchase of a ± 6.74 ac. lot located on Air Base Boulevard, Montgomery, AL.  The lot is specifically located in the Montgomery Industrial Terminal.  The Seller was The Water Works and Sanitary Sewer Board of the City of Montgomery. The sales price was $67,400.00 ($10,000/AC.).

Lee Meriwether, CCIM has represented Walthall Enterprises, LLC in the sale of a ± 9,000 S.F. building located at 164-166 West Main Street in Prattville, AL.  The building is the current location for Fox’s Pizza Den restaurant.  The Owner of Fox’s Pizza Den purchased the property to make it their permanent location.  The sales price was $385,000.00.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented John Wayne Harlow and John E. Harlow in the sale of a ± 21,435 S.F. lot located at the corner of North Goldthwaite Street and Bibb Street in Montgomery, AL. The lot is zoned T-5. The sales price was $240,000.00 ($11.20/S.F.).
