John Stanley, CCIM has transacted the sale of two (2) buildings totaling ±25,650 S.F. on ± 2.75 acres located at 3040 East Boulevard in Montgomery, AL.  The Sellers were Jan S. Hogan and Leah S. Dubberly.  The Buyer was Stivers Realty, LLC.   The sales price was $600,000.00 ($23.40/S.F.).

Lee Meriwether, CCIM and John Stanley, CCIM recently completed the sale of a ± 1.35 Acre vacant commercial lot fronting Chantilly Parkway in Montgomery, AL.  The property is zoned B-2.  The sales price was $400,000.00 ($6.80/S.F.).

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Five East, Ltd. in the sale of ± 2.45 acres located on Eastchase Parkway in Montgomery, AL.  The Buyer was RAM Montgomery Hospitality Three, LLC.  The property will be developed as a four (4) story, 97 room, Home2 Suites by Hilton.  The sales price was $1,032,992.00 ($9.68/S.F.).

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Cotton Field Place, LLC and A.J. McLemore Development Properties, LLC in the sale of a ± 10.03 acre multifamily property, zoned R-65-M, located on Halcyon Pointe Drive in Montgomery, AL.  The Buyer was Montgomery Senior Housing, LLLP.  The property will be developed in two (2) phases as the Willow Oak Trace Apartments for Seniors.  The sales price was $772,947.76 ($77,063.59/AC.).

John Stanley, CCIM has represented MR. MATTRESS, LLC in leasing ± 3,660 S.F. of retail space located on Enterprise Drive (TIGER TOWN) Opelika, AL.  The terms of the Lease are undisclosed.
