Lee Meriwether, CCIM has recently represented Navy Federal Credit Union in the purchase of 3311 Malcolm Drive in Montgomery, Alabama. The property was a former Iberia Bank branch location and after some renovations will become a new branch for Navy Federal Credit Union.  The sales price was $885,000.00.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Schilleci Eastchase, LLC in the leasing ± 1,850 S.F. of retail space located at 3271 Malcolm Dr., Montgomery, AL.  The tenant is El Taco Shop, Inc.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.

The Seller was Leavell, LLC. The total sales price was $1,398,715.00.
