The building is 3,491 S.F. and the lot is 1.26 acres. The Buyer plans to remodel the building for use as another national chain restaurant. The Seller was Ruby Tuesday, Inc. The sales price was $825,000.00 ($236.32/S.F.).

The Buyer is Alabama State Employees Credit Union (ASECU) which will use the property as its headquarters, administration office and data center. The sales price was $900,000.00 ($74.45/S.F.).

John Stanley, CCIM has represented the Montgomery Area Council on Aging (MACOA) with the purchase of the property located at 321 No. Lawrence St.   The site consists of 16,117 S.F. and is zoned Smart Code.  The existing structure will eventually be demolished by MACOA.  The sales price was $140,000.00 ($8.68/S.F.).
