John Stanley, CCIM has represented Courtesy Automotive Group, Inc. in the sale of 505 East Boulevard, Montgomery, AL. The Property consists of a ± 4,500 S.F. building located on ± 1.72 acres.  The Buyer was Skipper Moses, LLC.  The sales price was $1,300,000.00.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented 303 Samford Avenue, LLC in the sale of two (2) commercial lots located on Taylor Road and Malcolm Drive being a total of 76,059 S.F. and zoned B-3. The Buyer was Cross Development, LLC.  The sales price was $295,000.00 ($3.88/S.F.).

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Fred and Todd Henderson in the sale of a vacant lot located at 3630 Malcolm Drive in Montgomery, Alabama.  The lot is ± 56,191 square feet, zoned B-3, and sold for $100,000.00 ($1.78/S.F.). 

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Avadian Credit Union on the sale of a ± 14,050 S.F. office / warehouse building located at 5506 Wares Ferry Road in Montgomery, Alabama.  The property is zoned B-3 and contains ± 1.29 Acres of land. The Buyer was Custom Cabinet Renovations.  The sales price was $350,000.00 ($24.91/S.F.).

MATTRESS, LLC in the leasing ± 18,228 S.F. of retail and warehouse space located at 6095 Atlanta Highway, Montgomery, AL.  The space will be used as a retail bedding outlet.  Opening is planned for June 1, 2021.   The Lessor is Eastpointe, LLC.  The terms of the Lease are undisclosed. 

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Grantham Land Company, LLC in the purchase of ± 19.38 acres of land along EastChase Lane in Montgomery, Alabama.  The property was zoned PUD at the time of the sale and will be developed as a gated upper end residential neighborhood.  The sales price was $667,120.00 or $34,423.00 per acre.
