McLemore Development Properties, LLC in the sale of a ± 10.03 acre multifamily property, zoned R-65-M, located on Halcyon Pointe Drive in Montgomery, AL.  The Buyer was Montgomery Senior Housing, LLLP.  The property will be developed in two (2) phases as the Willow Oak Trace Apartments for Seniors.  The sales price was $772,947.76 ($77,063.59/AC.).

Mark Dauber has represented JP-8 COMM, LLC in the sale of 8 Commerce Street, Montgomery, AL.  The property consists of a ± 160,882 S.F. office building including a parking deck containing ±157 spaces. The Buyer was 8 Commerce Partners, LLC. The sales price was $3,300,000.00.

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Dr. Johnnie Strickland in the purchase of a ± 5,800 S.F. office building located at 5760 Carmichael Parkway in Montgomery, Alabama.  The sales price was $300,000.00 ($51.72/S.F.).

John Stanley, CCIM has represented The Langenberg Trust in the sale of three (3) platted commercial lots located at the corner of Vaughn Road and Lochfield Drive in Pike Road, AL.  The total size of the lots is 2.41 acres.  The Buyer was Georgiana Convenience, LLC.  The sales price for the three (3) was $625,000.00 ($5.95/S.F.).
