The property was a former Iberia Bank branch location and after some renovations will become a new branch for Navy Federal Credit Union.  The sales price was $885,000.00.

Lee Meriwether, CCIM has recently completed the sale of 4695 Vaughn Road, Montgomery, Alabama.  The Seller was Realto Capital and the Buyer was Energy Wise Builders, LLC.  After renovations, the property will be the new location for Diamond One Décor.  The sales price was $360,000.00 which was $10,000.00 more than the Listing Price.  The property is zoned B-3-Q and includes ±2 acres of land and ±20,000 S.F. of building.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Boyd Investments, LLC in the sale of a ± 1.07 acre lot located at 8859 EastChase Parkway, Montgomery, AL.  The Buyer is Cook-Out Montgomery, Inc.  The sales price was $530,000.00 ($11.30/S.F.).

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Alabama State Employees Credit Union (ASECU) in leasing ± 1,496 S.F. of retail space located at Willow Point Shopping Center in Greenville, AL.  This location will be used by ASECU as its Greenville office and retail banking.  Opening is scheduled for June, 2017.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.
