Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented the Estate of Luther D. Morgan in the sale of a ± 30,300 square foot retail center located at 5510 Wares Ferry Road in Montgomery, AL. The sales price was $1,100,000.00 or $ 36.30 per square foot. The center was mostly vacant so no CAP Rate was used.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Mr. Mattress, LLC in the leasing of ± 2,800 S.F. of retail space in Merry Corners at the corner of Vaughn Road and Pike Road. The Landlord is Trott, LLC. The terms of the lease are undisclosed.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Sara B. Beasley in the sale of two (2) contiguous properties located at 3851 Interstate Ct. and 3808 Elmdale Rd. in Montgomery, AL. Both properties were formerly occupied by Pickwick Antiques located on a ± 41,815 S.F. lot and zoned B-2. The primary building located at 3851 Interstate Ct. is ± 7,424 S.F. A secondary building located at 3808 Elmdale Rd. is ±1,608 S.F. The Buyer was Georgiana Convenience, LLC. The sales price was $625,000.00.

Lee Meriwether, CCIM has recently represented J P Premier Enterprises, LLC in the sale of a ± 10,500 S.F. building located at 3300 East Blvd., Montgomery, AL.  The building was originally developed as an Ethan Allen Furniture Store.   It was later sold and used as the home-office for one of the largest Burger King franchisees in the country.   This latest buyer will redevelop it as a Gerber Collision Center.  The Property sold for $895,000.00 or $85.24/S.F.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Jan S. Hogan in the sale of a ± 4,918 S.F. retail/commercial building located at 3433 McGehee Road, Montgomery, Alabama. The Buyer was Steven Stoval.  The sales price was $228,000.00 ($46.36/S.F.).

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Edgar Price in the sale of a ± 9,000 S.F. retail building located at 910 Adams Avenue, Montgomery, Alabama.  The Buyer was Quality Hobby Hole, LLC.  The sales price was $180,000.00 ($20.00/S.F.).

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Schilleci Eastchase, LLC in leasing ± 4,038 S.F. of retail space located at 3255 Malcolm Drive, Montgomery, AL.  The tenant is Innovative Infusions, LLC d/b/a Paragon Healthcare, Inc.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.
