Mark Dauber has represented Working Capital #1, LLC in the sale of a ± 9.5 Ac. commercial property including a ± 4,000 building and additional improvements, located at 1321 So. Memorial Drive, Prattville, AL.  Formerly known as the Emerald Falls Recreation Park, the property sold for $330,000.00.  The name of the Buyer is undisclosed.
