Mark Dauber has represented Ray W. Scott, Jr. in the sale of ± 25 acres of land located at the NE corner of I-65 and Tyson Road, Lowndes County, AL.  The Buyer was Research Holdings, LLC, d/b/a Love’s Travel Stops and Country Stores, Inc. The sales price was $650,000.00 ($26,000/acre).


John Stanley, CCIM has represented Synovus Bank in the sale of a ± 1.25 acre outparcel located on Chantilly Parkway, Montgomery, AL.  The Buyer is Schilleci White Stone, LLC.  The sales price was $462,250.00 ($8.25 / S.F.).  

John Stanley, CCIM has represented the Estate of Ida Belle Young in the Sale of a ± 9.6 acre parcel located on the East Blvd., Montgomery, AL.  The Buyer is FSEB, LLC.  The sales price was $420,000.00 ($1.00/S.F.).

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Saxon Land Development, LLC on the sale of a ±16,590 square foot retail/warehouse building and ±4.72 acres of land to Life Church, Inc.  The property is located at 1820 I-65 Service Road.  The sales price was $369,000.00.  Life Church will relocate to the property after substantial renovations are completed.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Boyd Investments, LLC in the sale of a 2.54 Ac. parcel of land located on Eastchase Parkway, Montgomery, AL.  The parcel consists of 1.74 Ac. of usable land; the sales price was $909,552 ($12/usable S.F.).  The Buyer is Smile Makers Realty II, LLC.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Spencer D. Swan, et al. in the sale of 32.1 acres located at the corner of Old Farm Lane and Rocky Mount Road, Prattville, AL. The Buyer is Southern District Extension Fund, Inc. The sales price was $1,500,000.00 ($46,730/Ac.).

Lee Meriwether, CCIM currently represented the Alabama Department of Transportation in the purchase of ± 24 Acres located along Hwy 280 in Lee County, Alabama.  The terms of the sale are undisclosed.
