Lee Meriwether, CCIM has recently represented Sandra James, LLC in the sale of a ± 4,580 S.F. office building located at 3170 Parliament Circle in Montgomery, Alabama.  The sale price was $535,000.00 or $116.81/S.F.

Mark Dauber has represented Charles Nicrossi and Wonder Way Holding, LLC in the sale of 640 Columbus Street in Montgomery, AL.  The property consists of ± 15,000 S.F. of land area with a ± 6,000 S.F. warehouse building.  The Property is zoned T4-O.  The Buyer is Standard Roofing of Montgomery, Inc.  The sales price was $252,000.00 ($42.00/ S.F.). 

John Stanley, CCIM and Lee Meriwether, CCIM have represented Rural Holdings, LLC in the sale of a ± 37,792 S.F. business lot located on Kessinger Drive in Montgomery, Alabama.  The sales price was $217,304.00 ($5.75/S.F.).

Lee Meriwether, CCIM has recently represented Stae Here, LLC in the sale of a ± 9,438 S.F. office building located at 913 and 923 So. Perry Street in Montgomery, Alabama.  The sale price was $417,500.00 or $44.24/S.F.

Mark Dauber, has represented 60 Commerce, LLC in the leasing of + 9,530 RSF of office space located at 60 Commerce Street, Montgomery, AL.  The tenant is A+ Education Partnership. The terms of the lease are undisclosed.

Lee Meriwether, CCIM has recently represented J P Premier Enterprises, LLC in the sale of a ± 10,500 S.F. building located at 3300 East Blvd., Montgomery, AL.  The building was originally developed as an Ethan Allen Furniture Store.   It was later sold and used as the home-office for one of the largest Burger King franchisees in the country.   This latest buyer will redevelop it as a Gerber Collision Center.  The Property sold for $895,000.00 or $85.24/S.F.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Alabama Home Builders Self Insurers Fund in the leasing of ± 14,751 RSF of Class “A” office space located at Halcyon Pointe III, 7480 Halcyon Pointe Drive, Montgomery, AL.  The tenant is Palomar Insurance Corporation.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.

Lee Meriwether, CCIM has recently represented J&W WGT Company, LLC in the sale of ± 10 acres located along Park Crossing in the New Park Development.  The Buyer was Montgomery Housing LLLP and the Property will be developed as an apartment community.  The Buyer paid to extend sanitary sewer to the site. The Sales Price is undisclosed.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented the Raymond Boykin Family Partnership, et al in the sale of  ± 342.44 acres located on Ray Thorington Road, Montgomery, AL.  The property is zoned for single family and multifamily use.  The Purchaser is Heritage Homes Development, Inc. The sales price was $2,800,000.00 ($8,176.61/AC.).
