The buyer was The Broadway Group, LLC who will develop a portion of the property as a Dollar General. This new retail facility will complement the existing CVS store located at the corner of Vaughn Road and Pike Road.


Mark Dauber has represented GLIC Real Estate Holdings, LLC in the sale of a +/-18,400 S.F. office building located at 2450 Presidents Drive, Montgomery, AL. The sales price was $245,000.00. The buyer is The Open Door Christian Faith Church.


John Stanley, CCIM has represented Stivers Realty, L.C. in the purchase of a 9,081 S.F. office/warehouse property located at 4060 East South Boulevard. The sales price was $260,870 ($28.73/S.F.). The Property is zoned M-1.
