John Stanley, CCIM has represented SMB Land, LLC in the purchase of ± 37.5 acres located on Grandview Road, Millbrook, AL.  The property will be developed for single family residential use. The Seller was RMC & C Joint Venture, LLC. The sales price was $689,000.00 ($18,375.00/acre).  

John Stanley, CCIM has represented the William Howard Murfee Trust in the sale of ± 52.72 acres located at the corner of U.S. Hwy 82 and McQueen Smith Road, Prattville, AL.  The property consists of ± 36 usable acres and is zoned R-3.  The property will be developed for single family residential use.  The sales price was $537,500.00.  The Buyers were Lee Audis, LLC and L. Audis Land, LLC.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented FSEB, LLC in the sale of ± 9.6 acres located on East Boulevard, Montgomery, AL.  The Buyer is H.K. Padhiar.  The property is zoned B-3 (Business) and will be developed by the Buyer.  The sales price was $400,000.00 ($1.00/S.F.)

John Stanley, CCIM and Lee Meriwether, CCIM have transacted the sale of ± 198.68 acres located on Ray Thorington Road, Montgomery, AL.  The Seller was Raymond Boykin Family Partnership, L.P. and the Buyer was Sidhu Farms, LLC. The sales price was $1,192,080.00 ($6,000/AC.).

Lee Meriwether, CCIM and John Stanley, CCIM have transacted the sale of ± 23.8 acres located on McQueen Smith Road, Prattville, AL.  The Seller was HD&D Land, LLC.  The Buyer was Centerpoint Fellowship Church, Inc. The sales price was $1,127,000.00 ($47,353/AC.).

Lee Meriwether, CCIM and John Stanley, CCIM recently completed the sale of ± 19 Acres of vacant land located along Park Crossing Drive adjacent to the New Park Subdivision. The property is the first phase of a four (4) phase single family development.  Phase one (1) will be developed as 55 residential homes. The Buyer was SMB Land, LLC. The terms of the sale are undisclosed.

Mark Dauber has represented TVM Investment Properties, LLC in the sale of a 14.63 acre retail tract located at the NE Corner of Vaughn Road and Pike Road.  The Property will be developed with two (2) separate outparcels fronting Vaughn Road plus an 11.63 acre parcel to be developed as a 69,869 S.F. retail center with Publix Super Market as the anchor tenant.  The Buyer is Shops at Pike Road, LLC.  The sales price for the entire property was $2,850,000.00 ($4.47/S.F.).

John Stanley, CCIM has represented HD & D Land Company in the sale of  ± 92.25 acres  located on McQueen Smith Road in Prattville, Alabama.  The property will be developed as a single-family residential subdivision by the Buyer, SMB Land, LLC.  The sales price was $2,557,425.00 ($30,500/ac.) based on ± 83.85 usable acres. 

John Stanley, CCIM has represented the Estate of Milton McGregor in the sale of a 31.3 acre parcel located on Vaughn Road.  The property is zoned for residential use.  The sales price was $140,000.00.
