John Stanley, CCIM has represented Automotive Enterprises, Inc. in the sale of 267 East Blvd., Montgomery, AL.  Formerly a Midas Muffler facility, the property consists of a ± 4,921 S.F. building located on .53 acres.  The Buyer was Ingram Properties, LLC.  The sales price was $461,450.00 ($93.77/S.F.).
