Forbes Dr., fronting North Boulevard.  The building is ± 2,189 S.F. and the lot is ± 2.37 Ac. The sales price was $185,000.  The name of the Buyer is undisclosed.

Lee Meriwether, CCIM has represented Premier Holdings, LLC in the purchase of an outparcel fronting Taylor Road.  The outparcel is a part of the Publix anchored shopping center called Cornerstone.  The site was ± 1.54 acres and sold for $805,000.00 ($12.00/S.F).  The site will be developed as a new Burger King restaurant.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Alabama State Employees Credit Union (ASECU) in the purchase of an existing branch bank property located at 9190 Eastchase Parkway, Montgomery, AL.  The Seller was Community Bank & Trust - Alabama.  The property consists of a 6,538 S.F. bank building on a 43,707 S.F. lot.  The sales price is undisclosed.


Lee Meriwether, CCIM has represented River Bank & Trust in the sale of a ± 9,900 S.F. retail shopping center located at 1510 - 1534 South Memorial Drive, Prattville, Alabama.  The sales price was $750,000.00 ($75.76/S.F.).

Lee Meriwether, CCIM has represented SNS – Montgomery Real Estate, LLC in the sale of a ± 45,000 S.F. retail furniture store located at 2001 East Boulevard, Montgomery, Alabama.  The Buyer was Royal Trading, Inc. The sales price was $790,000.00 ($17.56/S.F.).
