Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Boothe and Wright Heating and Air Conditioning, LLC in the purchase of a ± 6,790 S.F. warehouse building located on ± 1 Acre of land at 5350 Perimeter Parkway Court.  The property is zoned M-1 and the sales price was $205,000.00.

John Stanley, CCIM AND Lee Meriwether, CCIM have represented Montgomery Colonial Property, LLC in leasing an additional 14,535 RSF of office space at Capitol Commerce Center to HP Enterprise Services, LLC.  The terms of the Lease are undisclosed.

Lee Meriwether, CCIM represented Premier Holdings, LLC in a long term ground lease located on the Atlanta Highway in a development called Perry Hill Crossing that is currently under development.  The site will be developed as a Burger King restaurant.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.
