John Stanley, CCIM has represented Fain Park Properties, LLC in the sale of an 882 S.F. office condo located at 7030 Fain Park Drive, Montgomery, AL. The name of the Buyer is undisclosed. The sales price was $136,000 ($154.20/S.F.).



John Stanley, CCIM has represented BB&T in the sale of a 3,250 S.F. office building located at 3911 Fain Court. The Buyer was J. Simmons Properties, LLC. The sales price was $80,000.00.


Lee Meriwether, CCIM and John Stanley, CCIM recently represented S&R Holdings, LLC in the sale of a ± 6,900 S.F. Class A office building located at 2315 Eastchase Lane. The Buyer was McKean Holdings, LLC and, after renovation, the building will become the new home for McKean and Associates Architects, LLC. The sales price was $620,000.


John Stanley, CCIM has represented Sterling Bank in the sale of a 5,948 S.F. office/warehouse property located at 280 West Mendel Parkway, Montgomery AL, located off Atlanta Hwy. The Buyer is Healthscan Imaging, LLC. The sales price was $235,000.00.

Lee Meriwether, CCIM and John Stanley, CCIM recently represented Wilkinson Properties, LLC in a long-term lease transaction with Fritz Hughes & Hill, LLC for office space located at 1784 Taliaferro Trail. The terms of the lease are undisclosed.

Lee Meriwether, CCIM has represented Kirkland Enterprises in the sale of a 10,000 S.F. office building located at 4719 Woodmere Blvd. The sales price was $900,000.00 or $90.00/S.F. The building will be owned and occupied by The Alabama West Florida Conference of the United Methodist Church.


Lee Meriwether, CCIM has represented CIT Small Business Lending Corporation in the sale of a 2,911 S.F. office building and an adjacent ± 36,301 S.F. vacant lot located at 1760 Platt Place. The total sales price for both parcels was $390,000.00.
