John Stanley, CCIM has represented Ann Dees in the sale of a 34,412 S.F. lot located at the corner of Ann St. and Locust St. The Buyer was Speedy Development USA, LP and the lot will be developed as a Speedy Cash loan facility. The property is zoned B-3Q. The sales price was $500,000  ($14.53/S.F.).


Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Looking East, LLC in a lease transaction with Son Van for an Asian Restaurant to be located at 7968 Atlanta Hwy. The new restaurant will open in October, 2013.


John Stanley, CCIM has represented Boyd Investments, LLC in the sale of a 38,226 S.F. lot at the corner of Eastchase Parkway and Boyd Cooper Parkway. The lot will be developed as a Taco Bell restaurant facility. The Buyer was Monty Mex Corp. The sales price was $458,712 ($12.00/S.F.).


Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Auto Electric & Carburetor Co., Inc. in a lease transaction with R&W Developers, LLC for a warehouse/distribution facility to be located at 2735 Poplar Street. The new business should open in July, 2013. The terms of the lease are undisclosed.


Lee Meriwether, CCIM has represented Rialto Capital Advisors in the sale of the former Hooters Restaurant located at 2701 Eastern Boulevard. The sales price was $650,000.00.


Mark Dauber has represented Merry Corner, LLC in the sale of a 3.7 Ac. Parcel fronting Vaughn Road at a price of $485,000.00. The buyer was The Broadway Group, LLC who will develop a portion of the property as a Dollar General. This new retail facility will complement the existing CVS store located at the corner of Vaughn Road and Pike Road.


Lee Meriwether, CCIM represented Interstate Park Holdings, LLC in a long-term lease renewal and expansion agreement with CACI for office space located at 700 Interstate Park Drive. The terms of the lease are undisclosed.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Baptist Wellness Ventures in the sale of the property located at 5765 Carmichael Road, Montgomery, AL formerly known as the Montgomery Athletic Club (MAC) and later as SportsFirst. The property consists of a ± 32,900 S.F. two (2) story building located on ± 3.5 acres. The Buyer, LaFemme, Inc. plans to convert the property to an indoor pistol firing and archery range. The sales price was $605,000.00.
