The sale was a “Bargain Sale” of the property to HBCU Alliance Partners.  The sales price and terms of the sale are undisclosed.

Lee Meriwether, CCIM has represented Karla Boles Properties, LLC in a long-term lease for ± 2,525 S.F. of office space located at 1288-A East Main Street in Prattville, AL.  The tenant is Alabama Board of Pardons and Paroles.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.

Lee Meriwether, CCIM has represented Karla Boles Properties, LLC in a long-term lease for ± 1,030 S.F. of office space located at 1300-E East Main Street in Prattville, AL.  The tenant is Social Work Solutions.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Parker Properties, LLC in the sale of three (3) separate office buildings, located at 4750, 4754 and 4758 Woodmere Boulevard in Montgomery, Alabama. The square footage of all three (3) buildings was ± 8,000 S.F.  The Buyer was J.C. Federal Properties, LLC.  The sales price was $225,000.00 ($28.13/S.F.).
