Broughton Family Partnership, Ltd. in the sale of a ±43,306 S.F. lot located at the corner of Vaughn Road and Leavell Circle (Melrose Village) Montgomery, AL.  The lot is zoned B-3 and will be developed for office use and a free-standing Ellianos Coffee.  The Buyer was POS Properties, LLC.  The sales price was $350,000.00 ($8.08/S.F.).

John Stanley, CCIM has represented HD & D Land Company, LLC in the sale of a ± 5.8 acre parcel located at the corner of McQueen Smith Road and U.S. Hwy. 82, Prattville, Alabama.  The parcel is zoned B-2 and will be developed as a climate controlled self storage facility.  The buyer was McQueen/82, LLC. The sales price was $924,947.00 ($3.66/S.F.).

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Ortho Property Investment I, LLC in the sale of a ±8,442 S.F. medical office building located at 488 St. Lukes Drive, Montgomery, AL.  The Buyer was The Cedar Hills Group, LLC.  The sales price was $900,000.00 ($106.60/S.F.).

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Schilleci Distribution Property, LLC and FSS Fairview Development Property, LLC in the sale of a ± 1.37 acre lot located at 211 West Fairview Avenue, Montgomery, Alabama.  The property is zoned B-2.  The Buyers are Kunal Tank and Varun Patel.  The sales price was $325,000.00 ($5.45/S.F.).

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently sold a vacant lot located at 1195 Highway 14, Millbrook, Alabama.  The lot was zoned B-2 and totaled ± 58,370 S.F. (± 1.34 Acres) of usable land.  The Sales Price was $665,000.00 or $11.39/S.F.  The property is to be developed as an Express Oil Change.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Varicosity, LLC in leasing ± 3,872 S.F. of Class “A” office located at 1950 Berryhill Road, Montgomery, AL.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.  

Lee Meriwether, CCIM has represented TSG Montgomery, LLC in the sale of a ± 6,787 S.F. office building located at 4216 Carmichael Road, Montgomery, AL 36106.  The three (3) story office building, with no elevator, was sold for $450,000.00 or $66.30/S.F.  The property was zoned B-2 and the building will undergo renovations and converted to a medical office.

Main Street in Prattville, AL.  The Property contained ± 1.57 acres of land and a partially demolished building.  The remaining building will be demolished by the Purchaser.  The land was zoned B-2.  The Sales Price was $150,000.00 or $2.19/S.F.
